Appointments Assistant
If you are an existing client, you can simply reply to your appointment text notifications or request a text from your manage appointment page. Our 24/7 appointment bot will help cancel, reschedule, or rebook appointments with ease. If you need additional help, your message will be sent to your stylist for direct communication.

As we are a private one-stylist salon with limited availability, we do not have a direct phone number to contact or request appointments. All appointment bookings and direct communications are done through online sources or by contacting your stylist directly.
Please be advised that any missed, cancelled, or rescheduled appointments with less than the required notice are subject to a cancellation fee charged to the card on file when booking or forfeit of the booking deposit to cover lost time and wages. If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, any booking deposit will be transferred to the new appointment or refunded to an ecard balance for future salon purchases.
Appointment reminders are sent via text and email 48 & 72 hours prior to your scheduled visit, allowing a 24-48 hour window to cancel or reschedule if needed. Any appointments requested within 48 hours of an available opening are confirmed upon booking and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled once accepted.
As we strive to utilize our schedule as efficient as possible to accommodate each client of our salon, consistent last-minute cancellations, no shows, or rescheduling will not be tolerated and will be subject to the denial of future appointment requests or being limited to booking last minute availability.
Appointment requests will be reviewed by the service provider and accepted or denied based on availability and product requirements. New clients are required to visit for an initial consultation appointment in order to meet your artist in person, discuss your desired services, and determine if our artist is the right fit for you. You will not be able to book chemical services until after the consultation visit and approval onto our clientele.
Please be advised that our service providers reserve the right to refuse service to any client if they do not feel that the expectations or requests of the client can be achieved, negotiated, or provided as desired or expected. We may recommend another salon if we cannot provide the desired service or results that you expect.
Be advised that if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment your services may need to be rescheduled, adjusted, or cancelled depending on your artist’s scheduling and time limitations. The full amount of your original services will be due at checkout, or cancellation fees may apply if we can’t accommodate your scheduled services that day.
As we strive to utilize our schedule as efficient as possible to accommodate each client in a timely manner, consistent late arrivals or no-shows will not be tolerated and will be subject to denial of future appointment requests or limited to booking last minute availability only.
If you cannot make alternative arrangements, we ask that you please reschedule in advance for another available time in which you can relax and be pampered without distraction to you or your service provider. This does not include group services such as bridal parties or trials, photoshoots, or on-location events and weddings. If you do not comply with this policy, your services may be rescheduled and cancellation fees will be charged to accommodate lost time and wages.
Payment must be paid in full at checkout upon completion of your visit. If you cannot pay your balance at checkout, a late fee will be added and will reoccur every seven calendar days that the invoice remains open and past due.
If you aren’t satisfied with the results of the services you have received, we ask that you please contact us within 48 hours of the initial appointment to discuss your concerns with your service provider. We are committed to the satisfaction of our clients and are more than happy to make corrections or adjustments, within reason, to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchases from our salon.
We do not offer cash or credit refunds on any products or services purchased from the salon or its service providers. All sales are final for any services, products, gift cards, Client eCards, or gratuities included with your purchases.
>Keep in mind that loud and bold prints can sway the eye and be distracting, so we recommend sticking to a neutral color pallet and lightweight makeup so your artist can best select the right products and tones to flatter your natural complexion. Because your artist may need to work around your neckline, please leave the dangling earrings and statement necklaces at home, or in your handbag if you plan to go out after your appointment.
We invite you to enjoy your favorite shows, movies, podcasts, or music playlists using one of our many streaming services provided complimentary during your private appointments at our salon. For guests with lengthily appointments, we offer complimentary snacks and refreshments, when available, to enjoy during processing breaks.
Beau Vous Salon’s entrance and parking lot are private and secure with 24/7 monitoring for maximum security of our clients during their visits. The salon remains locked at all times, only you and your service provider will be allowed inside during your appointment slot. Please review our visitor policy for more information about additional guests.
Any information you provide to the salon, your service provider, or on our website remains completely confidential and will only be used to communicate with you regarding your relations with the salon or to handle payments and appointment reservations. We use the latest encryption technologies within our website and booking systems to keep your personal information safe. Your private information, including your credit card number, is encrypted using several keys for maximum security. We will never distribute any of your personal information outside of the salon.
Please be advised that our service providers reserve the right to capture images and/or videos of any services provided to use for advertising and marketing across social media and other platforms. If you do not wish to be photographed, or simply do not wish to show your face, we ask that you please communicate this with your service provider as the comfortability of our clients is our top priority.
The safety and comfort of our clients is, as always, our top priority. In light of the Covid19 pandemic, we have made both temporary and permanent changes to ensure the best service possible while keeping our clients safe during their salon visits.
Please be aware that Beau Vous Salon is certified with Barbercide for proper safety and sanitation of beauty establishments; and Stylist Aaron Main is also certified separately as a service provider.
Clients are not required to wear masks during your visit, however may wear one if you choose. Your service provider will be wearing a mask and following all protocols for proper safety and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and service areas.
Only the scheduled client receiving services may enter the salon. Additional guests, including family or children, are not allowed to accompany you in the salon and will be asked to wait outside.
If you are showing any symptoms, have been exposed to someone with symptoms, or have concern to keep your scheduled appointment – please contact us immediately to reschedule and seek testing.

Beau Vous Salon is a private beauty oasis operating by appointment only to an exclusive clientele of Stylist Aaron Main. Appointments can be requested 24 hours or more in advance using our online booking system, which will provide you with our availability based on your selected services when booking.
Please be advised that the doors to our salon remain locked at all times and only scheduled clients are permitted to enter during their designated appointment.
Please be advised that our salon is located in the back unit of the building, and is not visible from the roadway. Our signs and driveway can be located between Hometown Insurance Agency and Memorial Art Company, which will lead you to our own private parking lot and secluded salon entrance.
Beau Vous Salon handles all client communications, appointment bookings, and account management options directly from our website, available 24/7 at your own convenience.
Appointments can be requested 24 hours or more in advance using our online booking system, which will provide you with our current availability based on your selected services when booking.
We do not accept personal checks for payment.
The card provided is held only to reserve your appointments and will not be charged unless a violation of our cancellation policy occurs, in which you will be charged a cancellation fee.
You will still be required to provide an accepted form of payment at checkout. The card provided to book must be present at checkout if chosen form of payment.
We value your business, and kindly ask that you respect our artist’s time and availability by providing a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Any missed, cancelled, or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee charged to the card on file, or forefit of the booking deposit.
We ask that clients arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment
to allow time to enter the salon and prepare to be serviced. If you are running late, we ask that you please contact us as soon as possible.
