THE FAQ’s
Please be aware that Beau Vous Salon is certified with Barbercide for proper safety and sanitation of beauty establishments; and Stylist Aaron Main is also certified separately as a service provider.
Clients are not required to wear masks during your visit, however may wear one if you choose. Your service provider will be wearing a mask and following all protocols for proper safety and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and service areas.
Only the scheduled client receiving services may enter the salon. Additional guests, including family or children, are not allowed to accompany you in the salon and will be asked to wait outside.
If you are showing any symptoms, have been exposed to someone with symptoms, or have concern to keep your scheduled appointment – please contact us immediately to reschedule and seek testing.

Please be advised that the doors to our salon remain locked at all times and only scheduled clients are permitted to enter during their designated appointment.
Please be advised that our salon is located in the back unit of the building, and is not visible from the roadway. Our signs and driveway can be located between Hometown Insurance Agency and Memorial Art Company, which will lead you to our own private parking lot and secluded salon entrance.

Appointments can be requested 24 hours or more in advance using our online booking system, which will provide you with our current availability based on your selected services when booking.
We do not accept personal checks for payment.
The card provided is held only to reserve your appointments and will not be charged unless a violation of our cancellation policy occurs, in which you will be charged a cancellation fee.
You will still be required to provide an accepted form of payment at checkout. The card provided to book must be present at checkout if chosen form of payment.
Any missed, cancelled, or rescheduled appointments with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the total cost of the scheduled services; and is non-refundable or transferable to future visits. No shows will be required to place a deposit before booking future services.
Please be advised that if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment; your services may need to be adjusted or rescheduled, depending on scheduling limitations, and the service price will be charged in full.
Your first visit will be an opportunity for you to meet your artist, discuss your desired services, exchange information, and determine if our artist is the right fit for you.
>If you cannot make alternative arrangements, we are that you you please reschedule in advance for a time which you can relax and be pampered without distraction to you or your service provider.
You can load funds to your Customer eCard directly at the salon, from our website, or by contacting customer support; and can use your Customer eCard as payment towards appointments or product purchases from our salon and service providers. Your friends and family can also add funds to your account as a gift!

Your BEAU•BUCKS will accumulate to become spendable credits applied to your Customer eCard for use toward services at our salon. Does not apply to product purchases.
Absolutely no alcoholic beverage are permitted inside our our salon as we do not hold a beverage license. Alcoholic beverages at on location events/weddings are outside of our discretion and must be confirmed with the venue host.
